Bridge to Ownership is our structured rent-to-own pilot program. You move into a new AHS-built home, a portion of every payment builds your ownership equity, and you convert to a traditional mortgage when you are ready. No massive down payment. No bank qualification upfront. We are currently accepting early interest from buyers who want to be considered for the initial cohort.
